At maisoncoutts, we offer design and construction services for projects in the Greater Toronto Area. We’ve worked on kitchens, bathrooms, closet makeovers, bedrooms, offices, and even custom furniture. No matter your budget, we will find a solution for you!

Design
We start by doing a design meeting to understand your requests and personal taste. With our style and experience, our goal is to capture how you want the space to feel within a budget that is comfortable for you. We involve you in the decision making process every step of the way and provide you with detailed graphics and illustrations so you can picture yourself in your dream home.

Project Management 
Renos can be stressful, but not with us! While you’ve seen our beautiful end product on our Instagram page and blog, you might be wondering what’s involved to get from beginning to end. We take care of everything! From design, to sourcing materials and decor, to ordering supplies and materials, to scheduling / coordinating / paying trades, we have you covered! We’re available to chat however suits you best - in person, over email, text, phone call, or video chats.

The only thing you need to worry about during the entire process is about how to manage your excitement about getting into your new dream space. Leave the rest to us!

Make it pop
Accent walls are our jam! In a couple of short days, we can transform just about any space by adding wood accents, stone features, or trim work. Breathe new life into spaces so you can learn to love them again! Here are some of our babies: entrance feature wall, custom filing cabinet fronts, nursery.

48-hour dream space
Is your house no longer bringing your joy? Is there a room in major need of a refresh but you don’t want a reno that will drag on for weeks or even months? With our 48-day dream space package, we’ll makeover a room in your home in 2 days. Just give us 48 hours and we’ll be out of your hair so you can enjoy your brand new space! Check out some of the spaces we’ve completed in short order: nursery, guest room, primary bedroom makeover.

Sprucing to Sell 
Are you selling your house but it needs some serious love before hitting the market? Selling your house can be incredibly stressful, and we’re here to do everything we can to make the process as smooth as possible. As part of our spruce-to-sell package, we do a walk-through of your home and make a series of recommendations on cost-effective changes that will get you top dollar for your house. And the best part? We’ll take care of everything. From landscaping, to driveway repair, to painting, to wainscoting, to changing light fixtures, to wallpapering and painting, all you need to do is declutter and put the ‘for sale’ sign on the lawn!
